Savage 116 Safari Express .458 WIN MAG Stainless Bolt Action Rifle

Description

Manufactured by Savage Arms circa 2000. This Safari Express features a 24" stainless steel barrel with adjustable muzzle brake. Rear 100-300 yard graded flip-up three-leaf sights dovetailed onto factory base and ramped beaded brass blade front sight. Standard Savage markings on the barrel and a factory engraved "STAINLESS STEEL" in script lettering on the right side. Drilled and tapped stainless receiver. Bolt action and tang safety with an internal fed magazine for the powerful .458 WIN Magnum. "Savage SAFARI EXPRESS" etched in black on the bolt. Fitted with a one piece pistol grip stock with ebony forend tip and straight comb. Checkered grip areas, black hard rubber pistol grip cap and Uncle Mike's brown rubber recoil pad. LOP: 13-5/8". CALIBER/GA: 458 WIN MAG. S/N: F355630. FFL: Modern.
