1899 M96 Mauser 6.5X55 With Bayonet And Sling

Description

German made Mauser M96 chambered in 6.5x55. It features a blade front sight and adjustable rear sight on a 30" barrel. Receiver is marked "Waffenfabrik Mauser Oberndorf 1899". Import marks are below the front of the barrel and read " SAMCO Miami, FL, M96 6.5x55 Germany". The rifle comes with a leather sling, bayonet with scabbard, and leather frog for the bayonet. The bayonet has a 8 1/2" blade and 13" overall length. Serial numbers on the receiver and bolt match, but other parts do not. LOP: 14". CALIBER/GA: 6.5x55. S/N: 30790. FFL: C&R.
