
This is a lot of 5 various long bayonets and includes scabbards with 4 of them. The first is a M1871 Imperial German bayonet with leather scabbard. It features a brass colored handle "PD Lunesciloss Solingen" stamped at the base of the blade and a crown "W 74" cartouche on the back of the blade. The bayonet and scabbard have non matching numbers. The 2nd bayonet is marked "Modelo Argentino 1909" and comes with the scabbard and frog. The other side of the blade is marked "Meyersberg Kirschbaum & Co Solingen" and has matching serial numbers. The 3rd bayonet is a Steyr 1886 bayonet and has a scabbard with non-matching serial number. The 4th is a curved blade bayonet and appears to be cut down. The only mark is "FEH" at the base of the blade. the last bayonet does not have a scabbard and measures 20" overall with a 15 1/2" blade and no markings.
Condition
Fair to Good - most of the bayonets show some to heavy oxidation. 2 of the bayonets have no oxidation on the blade. The leather scabbard on the M1871 shows wear.
