3 British 1907 and Lee Enfield Bayonets

Description

This lot contains 3 British bayonets from WW1 and WW2. The first bayonet is a spike bayonet for the Number 4 Lee Enfield rifle. It includes the scabbard and nylon frog and measures 10" overall with an 8" spike. The remaining 2 bayonets are model 1907 bayonets and fitted for the Number 1 Mk III SMLE Lee Enfield. They measure 21 1/2" long with a 16 1/2" blade. Both bayonets have many cartouches, some stamped over others. some of the visible cartouches are the "GR" with crown, "1907", "Sanderson", plus many other inspection stamps.

Condition
Fair - Bayonets show oxidation and pitting on the metal. One 1907 bayonet is missing the button and mechanics to lock to the bayonet lug. Wood handles show wear and some dings.
