The 1st Baronet married twice, first to Anne Jenner, daughter of a wealthy London silver merchant, and secondly to Mary, daughter of Samuel Fortray of Kew Palace. He died without issue, however, and his estates passed to Sir Charles Wheler, 2nd Baronet, whose maternal grandmother was the sister of Sir Thomas Trevor Snr.
