Ferdinand Lugerth (Austrian 1885-1915) bronze sculpture depicts a worker in mid-swing with a mallet, about to strike a wedge in a large stone at his feet. Mounted on dark green marble base. Signed F. Lugerth with Arthur Rubenstein Austrian foundry mark. Excellent condition. Measures 6" x 3.5" x 12".
