
THREE QINGBAI-GLAZED VESSELS Song Dynasty Comprising: a flower-form dish carved and combed to the centre with a floral and foliate design; a conical bowl, carved and combed to the interior with curling lotus blossoms on winding foliate stems; and a bowl of deep bulbous form, the exterior carved with layers of petals spreading from the short straight foot, the domed cover with similarly carved petals spreading from the handle moulded as a curling stem; all three covered with a lustrous bluish-green glaze.
