
A RARE FAMILLE ROSE DESK SET Qianlong Formed as a rectangular pen box and cover with integral tray emerging from the long edge with raised edges and separated into three compartments by two raised bands, the central compartment supporting a short octagonal candlestick between an inkwell and sander each of cuboidal-form, enamelled overall with scenes of figures, antique treasures, landscapes and birds, variously in famille rose, en grisaille and puce enamels. 20cm (7 7/8in) long.
