A pair of Worcester teabowls or beakers, circa 1775 Of conical form, painted in kakiemon palette with the 'Two Quail' pattern, a scrollwork and flowerhead border below the interior rims, 5.1cm high, gold crescent marks (2) Footnotes: Although similar beaker shapes occur in Japanese and Meissen porcelain, the form and pattern is more likely to have been taken from Bow.
