Description

A collection of three early 20th-century oval-shaped French carriage clocks Each case surmounted by a brass carrying handle over a bevelled glass observation window, the sides and back with further observation windows, all terminating in moulded bases. Two of the clocks with a white enamel dial with Roman numerals and blued steel hands, the other with blue Arabic numerals within a central floral painted border and blued steel hands. Each fitted with a cylinder platform escapement powered by a single going barrel. Two of the three clocks are currently ticking. 15cms (6ins) high.
