
A collection of two aneroid table barometers and a compendium mantel clock The clock surmounted by pierced decoration incorporating a thermometer to the front, surrounded by fine foliate engraving, the base with moulded detailing and raised on five ball feet. The 3.5-inch silvered dial with Arabic numerals and blued steel hands, the single-train drum movement with platform escapement mounted to the back. The first table barometer in the form of a miniature carriage clock with observation windows, a silvered dial, and movement visible behind. The second barometer in the form of a ship's wheel with movable rim for the setting hand, the front engraved with a dolphin motif and raised on a moulded base, the 1.5-inch silvered dial signed Dollond London. 27cms (11ins) high.
