The 3.5-inch white enamel dial with Arabic numerals, signed to the centre Gaydon & Sons, Kingston on Thames, with blued steel hands. The twin train movement with Brocot escapement and mercury pendulum, striking the hours and half hours on a blued steel gong to the back, currently ticking and striking. The lantern clock of typical form with bell to the top over pierced frets and finials, an engraved Roman dial with blued steel hands, and resting on four ball feet. The back door opening to reveal the single train timepiece movement with lever platform escapement, currently ticking. 25cms (10ins) high.
