Description

Renaissance Revival Walnut Bed Frame, the high headboard with arched crownissuing stylized foliate elements, with additional stylized foliate and floral carvings in low relief; the whole divided into recessed panels of burl walnut veneer, contrasting with the back boards; the foot board lacking crown.
{Approximate dimensions: 97 1/2" high x 66 1/2" wide x 87" deep.}.

Condition

Wear includes chips, nicks, hairline cracks with repair, scratches, several loose parts, gaps at seams. Loss to footboard crown and two pieces of trim of about7 1/2" and 4 1/2"long,headboard crown feather embellishment and scroll tip. One arm with crack, gap to base at frame rim._x000D_
