In the early 1950s the Falcon used the Villiers 8E 197cc engine and by 1956 was being built with a swinging-arm frame, partially enclosed centre section, and 18' wheels, the latter being introduced on the Model 74. This Falcon 74 has been dry stored when not in use and currently displays a total of 46,311 miles on the odometer at the time of cataloguing/photography. The Falcon was first registered in the UK and then exported to Guernsey in 1986. It comes with a Guernsey Registration Certificate for '12448'. It should be noted that although it displays the Vehicle Registration Number 'WKO 483' and comes with its original RF.60 Logbook for that number, this motorcycle does not appear in the HPI/DVLA database. Accordingly, prospective purchasers should satisfy themselves with regard to the validity and status of this motorcycle's registration prior to bidding.
