Rem Fowler (Harry Rembrandt Fowler, 1882-1963) was a British motorcycle racer and engineering pioneer, best known for winning the twin-cylinder class in the inaugural 1907 Isle of Man Tourist Trophy. Riding a Norton fitted with a Peugeot V-twin engine, he triumphed despite difficult weather and mechanical issues, finishing in 4 hours 21 minutes. His success helped establish the TT as a major international event and secured Norton's early reputation for engineering reliability and performance. 18 x 14cm.
