Multipiece leather construction with painted details. Thread around border is consistent with a jacket removed patch. Measures 5 - 1/4" x 6" (including the lightning bolt.) Patch reverse is marked "61ST F.S.". The patch remains supple with great color and shows surface creases. Contained in a riker mount with a copy of a photo of a P-47 thunderbolt and a short description of the history of the 61st Fighter Squadron. The whole display measures 16" x 12". CONDITION: Good.
