Offered is an original 16th-century printed leaf from Psalmodia Cantica Sacra, a sacred music collection central to early Lutheran liturgical practice. This beautifully preserved page was printed in 1561 at Viteberg (Wittenberg) by the renowned music publisher Georg Rhau, whose press played a key role in disseminating Reformation-era music and theology.

The leaf features early movable-type musical notation and Latin text, printed on period-laid paper in a style characteristic of Rhau’s workshop. Measures approximately 5.75" x 7.5".

Fine condition with mild age toning and light edge wear. A rare and significant example of 16th-century sacred music printing—an important piece for collectors of Reformation-era ephemera, early music, or historical religious works.
