Shinto-period wakizashi housed in wooden shirasaya mounts. The blade is signed Hizen no Kuni Ju Tadayoshi and dates broadly to the Edo period (circa 1600s–1800s). The blade features a Soshu-style notare hamon and includes an external inscription on the shirasaya.
