Canadian. 1940s. Lithographed tin. The Hockey cigarette tobacco tin is one of the few tobacco tins to feature a hockey scene. A player is skating up the ice and is in the process of shooting the puck. The tin was produced by the Trans-Canada Tobacco Company, a subsidiary of Macdonald Tobacco Company. Marked, "CANCO", lower edge next to seam. Authenticated by The Authentication Company (TAC #501409). All items are guaranteed authentic by Miller & Miller Auctions.
