
TWO LATE GEORGE III OR REGENCY SILKWORK EMBROIDERY PICTURES
CIRCA 1800-1840
Worked in a variety of stitches on silk ground, the first with young lady gathering the harvest cottage and fields beyond, now in a glazed gilt frame the frame 40.5 x 35cm, the second depicting a young lady gathering wheat, fields and church steeple beyond, within floral surround, in glazed gilt frame, possibly original, 43 x 33.5cm
