
6" x 6" Framed Eumorpha achemon – Achemon Sphinx Moth
Eumorpha achemon, commonly known as the achemon sphinx moth, is a species of hawk moth native to North America, recorded throughout most of the United States, Canada, and Mexico. It can be identified by its hindwing upperside, which is uniformly pale pink from the base to the diffuse dark brown submarginal band. The species typically has a wingspan of 9–10 cm. Displayed in a handmade wooden baroque-style frame with conservation board and protective corner details, the specimen is labeled with both its Latin and common names.
