Title: Edwardian 9ct Rose Gold Swivel Fob Pendant Necklace
Description: Edwardian 9ct Rose Gold Swivel Fob Pendant Necklace – E. Atkins & Sons, Birmingham 1910
An attractive Edwardian swivel fob pendant necklace in solid 9ct rose gold, set with a rotating circular mount inset with bloodstone to one side and carnelian to the reverse.
The fob is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1910, with marks for 9 carat gold (“9” and “.375”), the Birmingham anchor, and a lowercase “l” in chamfered rectangular punch.
The maker’s mark E.A & S, though slightly rubbed, is attributed to E. Atkins & Sons, a known Birmingham manufacturer of fine watch fobs and chains in the early 20th century.
The pendant is suspended from its original 9ct rose gold trace-link chain, which measures 48 cm and fastens with a bolt ring clasp.
A single replacement jump ring of silver-coloured metal has been added at the clasp in place of a missing link.
This is stable, discreet when worn, and mentioned here for accuracy.
