From the 1984, Death - Hope – Life – Fear Italian exhibition, this centre piece work and one of the four main exhibition pieces is sublimated to four cardinal points that the journey of the human condition endures ‘Beginning’ and ‘End’, ‘Pleasure’ and ‘Pain’.

At the top of the work, graphic red lips appear to scream the word "Death" as the journey ends. Underneath the artists' names and the year 1984. Part of a series entitled "Death, Hope, Life, Fear" from the exhibition tour.
