Signed by Strindberg in bold, dark fountain pen ink with an excellent and large example of his signature across the base of the image. Some light overall foxing and with four small pinholes to the corners and a small area of loss to the upper left corner. G

Lina Jonn (1861-1896) Swedish photographer who opened a studio in Lund in 1891, attracting many influential customers, and leading to Jonn becoming one of the most successful female photographers of her era.
