The date of The Pagoda at Kew is given in Howes and confirmed by Avery: both of the prints were exhibited in 1963, though no dated impressions of The Palm House have been seen. The Palm House was designed by Decimus Burton and built in 1844. Provenance The Zwemmer Gallery, London, with their label verso.
