Hat: 8' diameter Footnotes: Design Information CONSTRUCTION NOTES Base dress is corseted and has a straight neckline-Overlay drape using the same gazar on the front bodice with pleats at the waist-Skirt has multiple panels to achieve the volume-Skirt finishing just above the knee-Edge of the hem finished with the embroidery-Wide plain belt at the waist in the same gazar as the rest of the dress. EMBROIDERY DETAILS Embroidery growing from the hem up-Open cut-work using mix of over 7,000 jet black faceted glass beads, xillions, bugles and seed beads embroidered by skilled artisans in over 1,000 hours-Scallop edging at the hem.
