Knee length pencil skirt with structured pleats at the waist. Voluminous puff cape with pleats at the top back and the hem. The cape and skirt hems are finished together with the cape starting from the side seams all the way around the back (at the top) and coming towards the front at the hem. The cape is stitched down to the base dress all the way along the side seam. Plain narrow belt at the waist in the same faille with a rectangular buckle. Floral acrylic hand painting with white and metallic gold leaf motifs. Hand painted by special artisan in over 150 hours and embroidered with 3D crystal and bugle bead petals with silver twisted metallic thread.
