Skirt: Waist 25.5', length at back 29', length at front 29' Footnotes: Design Information CONSTRUCTION AND EMBROIDERY DETAILS Jacket: Collarless jacket with closed round neckline and zip closure. Organza edging at the neckline and hem of the sleeves. Skirt: Full circle skirt, finishing just under the knee. Over 12,000 hand cut floral lace motifs individually hand cut appliqued to create a grid pattern on the skirt. Over 25,000 crystal Swarovski and beads are used to embellish the grid further to create lift and movement, taking over 1,000 hours to create.
