The Langematik Perpetual Calendar, Ref. 310.025, was introduced in 2001 and represents a landmark in Saxon watchmaking, as the brand's first perpetual calendar. It was also the world's first automatic wristwatch to combine a perpetual calendar with the signature A. Lange & Sohne outsize date and a zero-reset mechanism. Housed in a 950 platinum case, this watch features a solid silver, rhodium-plated dial with applied Roman numeral markers. The sophisticated layout includes a day/night indicator at 9 o'clock, a leap year display at 3 o'clock, and a moon phase integrated with subsidiary seconds at 6 o'clock. Driven by the Caliber L922.1 SAX-0-MAT, the movement is finished to an exquisite standard, featuring a 21-carat gold micro-rotor and a hand-engraved balance cock. This watch, with SN 146739, is on the original black crocodile strap from A. Lange & Sohne and includes boxes per the photographs. Also included is a premium aftermarket crocodile strap.
