A fine decorative brass toasting fork, Continental in origin, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century.
The handle is cast as a standing Black Forest bear beside a tree stump, well detailed and typical of the period.
The shaft is twisted and leads to a three-pronged fork with a pierced heart motif.
Good original condition with pleasing patina.
