Lovely quality Victorian silver plated table lamp in the form of a Corinthian column.
The stepped and beaded square base supports a fluted shaft with an ornate Corinthian capital, in the mid/late 19th century Georgian revival style.
The underside is stamped R.H / R.H for Richard Hodd & Son (Richard Hodd I & II, London), together with EP and silver plate hallmarks typical of the period.
Scratched 1857c
Measures 13 x 13 x 34 (height) cm
Some surface wear and tarnish consistent with age.
Fitted with a brass bulb holder and wired for use
