The 1868 Boundary Commission Was a Set of Maps Created to Reflect the Changes to the Franchise in England and Wales the Franchise Was Extended, Some Boroughs Were Removed, and New Boroughs were Created. 

The Maps were Created by Colonel Henry James of the Royal Engineers and Were Published in The Report of the Boundary Commissioners for England and Wales, 1868. 

The Maps Were Presented to Both Houses of Parliament.

Measures Approx 14” x 10” (Inches) 35.56 x 25.4 (cm).
