19th C. Burl walnut with inlaid brass trim and handles. Lift top with fold out writing surface of tooled blue leather with embossed gilded border. Inkwell slots, pen slot, and fold down portfolio sleeve in lid of blue leather. 6" high x 16" wide x 9" deep.Inkwells missing. Shows some wear and fading to the finish and minor age separations in the veneered top.
