Ten-Taels Silver Ingot, Height 22cm, Length 4.5cm, Width 4cm, 355g. An official coin or commercial tax silver ingot of the Qing Dynasty, a weight-based currency in the ancient monetary system. Pure silver with simple patina and natural oxidation. Quadrilateral trapezoidal shape with clear engraved inscription "Qiao Jing Ke Shi Xing Fa" on the bottom. Cast via sand casting or stamping, with honeycomb pores and natural wear in line with the shape characteristics of Qing silver ingots. Qing Dynasty. Silver ingots are important artifacts for studying the Qing economic system, tax system and commercial trade; the clear place names and tax records in the inscription possess extremely high historical and collection value.
