THIRD REICH SS DAGGER.

Description

Third Reich SS dagger with a "RZM 1211/39" and "SS" marked blade, with heavy polishing, scattered marks, and heavy runner marks. Nickle fittings are loose with scattered marks and patina, grip has been repainted with dings, and both the SS eagle and runes have been replaced. Re[;aced emblems appear to be original. Blade, fittings, and grip are loose. Scabbard may have been repainted, upper fitting has a missing screw, is cracked on the side, and remaining screw was glued. Lower fitting has moderate patina. CONDITION: Overall fair. PROVENANCE: Ex. Castlerock Museum. Blade Length: 8 - 1/2" Overall Length: 13 - 1/2"
