Signed by Harold Baines (inscribed "#3") in black sharpie between the center and barrel brands. Authenticated by PSA (AK23118) with attached sticker and accompanying cert card. We have confirmed this at PSA's website, but you should always confirm authentication numbers, if possible, prior to bidding. The barrel does have a rectangular section of adhesive residue - likely from a price tag, but this is not affecting the autograph.
