A reserve price is a minimum price that a seller would be willing to accept from a buyer. In an auction, the seller is not typically required to disclose the reserve price to potential buyers. (In other words, the starting bid can be less than the reserve, but the item cannot be sold until it reaches the minimum reserve bid.) Most lots in our auctions have a reserve, often near the low estimate.

Pick up is available from Liberty & 33rd Furniture Co. at 1607 S Main St, South Bend, IN 46613. All items must be picked up within 30 days of auction unless prior arrangements have been made. All items must be paid in full within 3 days of auction. The auction house reserves the right to hold the merchandise until the funds have cleared. We also offer nationwide shipping for a fee.
