This Northwood Jesters Cap Thin Rib Marigold Vase has the circle on the bottom and the first leg of the N seen with magnifier. I did not find another one like this that was not Northwood. Due to lack of backstamp this item has been reduced. It stands 9” tall and has a base of 3 ½”. Stretch vase have been and continue to be one of the more useful vases ever made.
