This GRAPHIC cotton, silk, and rayon crown of thorns/medallion tied quilt is all hand pieced, with a deep solid black background, multiple piano key borders, and a scalloped edge. The quilt was made of clothing fabrics from 1920-1940.
It measures 56" X 66" and is in good condition, with just the beginnings of wear in a handful of pieces.
The back and hand stitched binding are the same solid gold fabric, and the batting is thin.
