This Vintage Brass Decorative Ice Block Tongs Towel Bar is missing the wall plate but one can be improvised easily. It measures 15” x 12” x 3 ¾”. Needs to be polished if you want bright brass but the patina on it speaks to its age. Unscrews to add paper towels.
