Marguerite de Parma (in Italian, Margherita di Parma) - of her birth name, Marguerite Marie Thérèse Henriette de Bourbon -, who bore the courtesy title of Duchess of Madrid, is a Lucquoise then Parmesan princess born January 1, 1847 in Lucca , in the Duchy of Lucca (now in Italy) and died January 29, 1893 in Viareggio in the Kingdom of Italy. Daughter of Duke Charles III of Parma and the granddaughter of France Louise d´Artois, Marguerite belongs twice to the House of Bourbon (through the Parmesan branch and the direct elder branch). When she married the Capetian prince Charles de Bourbon (1848-1909) - later, from 1887 to 1909, legitimist pretender to the throne of France - Princess Marguerite de Parma became the wife of the pretender to the throne of Spain and to the throne of France.
