Heinz Lützelberger (1930–2017) was an architect and city planning director for the city of Würzburg from 1982 to 1994. Lützelberger was responsible for the preservation and restoration of historic buildings in Würzburg. Lützelberger’s urban planning achievements have shaped the development of the city of Würzburg. The city also owes him the completion of the reconstruction of the Würzburg City Hall, including the Council Chamber and the painting by the Würzburg artist Wolfgang Lenz. During his tenure, the new mortuary at the main cemetery was also built. For his services, Lützelberger was awarded the Dancing Shepherd and the Silver City Medal.

In seiner Amtszeit entstand auch das neue Leichenhaus auf dem Hauptfriedhof. Für seine Verdienste wurde Lützelberger mit dem Tanzenden Schäfer und der Silbernen Stadtplakette ausgezeichnet.
