A near-identical serving piece used by Agatha Christie at her well-documented dinner parties, this vintage white ceramic, three-bowl Majolica serving platter is graced with a magnificent red and black lobster with life-like features. According to the UK National Trust, manager Agatha's family home (now a museum), boiled lobster was her favorite dish and served for many guests at her infamous dinner parties and her 70th and 80th birthdays at Greenway House in Devon, England. This Casa Pupo lobster dish was produced between the 1940-60's in Portugal, and although this is not the original Agatha Christie lobster platter, it will make a great conversation piece when entertaining guests at your own dinner parties and celebrations.
