Limited first edition printed on handmade paper; numbered 206. Gunn (1837-1901) was a wealthy Cleveland businessman who visited Zoar in 1879. He fell in love with the village and, upon retirement, moved there, occupying the home known as the Hermitage. Provenance: Keeping House Bed and Breakfast, Zoar, Ohio; manuscript is ex Jack Adamson, Zoar, Ohio.
