Nikolai Pavlovich Neklyuenko was born on October 2, 1929 in the village of Litvinovka, Lugansk Region.
In 1951 he graduated from the Lugansk Art College, where his teachers in the specialty were N. Kravchenok, N. Levchenko, I. Alekseev.
In 1958 he graduated from the Kharkov Art Institute. Teachers: V. Sizikov, A. Khmelnitsky, B. Kosarev.
Since 1957, participates in city, republican and all-union art exhibitions.
Since 1972, Neklyuenko N.P. - Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine.
Since 1980, he lived and worked in Sevastopol.
Landscape painter, master of thematic paintings and still life.
The artist died on December 10, 2011.
Works by N.P. Neklyuyenko is represented in museum, gallery and private collections in Ukraine and abroad.
