Vintage Filigree Blue Rhinestone Brooch, 1940's-1960's. Large Blue 25mm round blue glass tone set with many prongs and a tappering curved lacey scrolled frame around that large stone, The center is raised up above the lacy framing that has lighter blue rhinestones in 3mm and 4mm stones. Gold tone with locking clasp. It is not signed by the maker. Very good conditon. (W12024.2 SS13084A J LD 2/3/24).
