Vintage Sterling Inlaid Abalone Donkey Brooch, Mexico, Signed what looks like ERB and also marked Hecho en Mexico and .925. Tested. Weight is appx. 6.36 gr. Appx. 2" long and 1.5 from ears to hooves. Mid-century. It has oxidation on the sterling which will polish away. It has a C-clasp which was likely a locking clasp but the center slide is no longer there. This is such a great pin for the donkey lover - which I am but would like to see this go to someone who will wear it. I handle a lot of jewelry and cannot keep every piece I like, though this guy is very tempting. (INV. W.12321.1X1 SS 6237 J LD 12/3/21).
