Vintage Sterling Citrine Heart Necklace, Birthstone, 18". The pendant is a sterling open heart with diamond-cut accents and satin and smooth finish with two stems with a citrine stone in each that is appx. 2mm wide. Signed with what looks like a bell pictograph. Marked sterling and weight of the necklce is appx 2.09 gr. Signed on both the pendant and the chain. Age is appx. 1960's-1970's. Very good condition. (W62820.1X1 SS6803 J LD 3/25/22).
