Vintage Black & Clear Stone Victorian Themed Brooch, 1.75" wide and 1.25" tall. A black glass oval s tone that is appx. 3/4" long and 1/2" wide in the center with a halo of clear rhinestones around it. The me tal is a gold tone with an antiqued wash finish giving it a darker to brassy gold tone finish. Age is estimated at 1970's-1980's. Very good condition. It is not signed by the maker.
