with large straps that run the circumfrence of the case, and leather covered latches, each side with leather handles, the base with mahogany supports and brass rests, possibly later stencilled 'Brig. E.W. Lickman' to the front,
together with another smaller rectangular case
with single lock and leather bound handle,
